Bought a firearm online or from an out-of-state seller? We handle FFL transfers quickly, correctly, and by the book — right here in Old Town Spring.

How Transfers Work

• Have It Shipped to Us — give the seller our FFL information and have your firearm shipped directly to TCOB Armory.
• We Log It In — when it arrives, we receive it into our books and contact you to come pick it up.
• Background Check & Paperwork — you complete ATF Form 4473 in the shop and we run the required NICS background check.
• Take It Home — once approved, you pay the transfer fee and walk out with your firearm.

Transfer Fees

• Texas LTC Holders — $35 per firearm
• All Other Firearm Transfers — $45 per firearm

What to Bring

A valid government-issued photo ID with your current Texas address. If your ID doesn't show your current address, bring a supporting government document (like a vehicle registration or utility bill) that does. Texas LTC holders — bring your license.

NFA Items

We also handle NFA transfers for suppressors and other regulated items. Ask us about the process and current wait times — we'll walk you through every step.
