The Kimber Micro 9mm brings the familiar controls, styling, and single-action operation of the classic 1911 platform into a compact, lightweight pistol. Built with an aluminum frame, stainless-steel barrel, steel sights, and a crisp single-action trigger, the Micro delivers traditional 1911 character in a subcompact configuration.
Kimber manufactures the Micro series to tight tolerances, with each aluminum frame shaped for a balance of strength and reduced weight. The compact grip dimensions also make the Micro particularly approachable for shooters with smaller hands or anyone who prefers a slimmer pistol.
Classic Single-Action Trigger
Staying true to its 1911-inspired design, the Kimber Micro uses a single-action trigger with a short, smooth pull. The trigger system provides the crisp, familiar feel associated with traditional single-action pistols.
The pistol also incorporates familiar 1911-style controls, including a manual thumb safety, slide release, and magazine release.
Stainless-Steel Barrel
The 3.15-inch barrel is machined from stainless steel, providing durability in a compact package.
A lowered and flared ejection port complements the slide design, while the magazine well is beveled to provide a clean interface with the magazine.
Steel Dovetail Sights
Rather than using sights integrated directly into the slide, Kimber equips the Micro with steel sights mounted in machined dovetails, providing a durable and traditional sighting arrangement.
Lightweight Aluminum Frame
