Ruger Mark IV 22/45 Lite .22 LR 4.40"
Lightweight. Accurate. Easy to Maintain.
The Ruger Mark IV 22/45 Lite combines the proven performance of Ruger's Mark IV platform with lightweight construction, 1911-style ergonomics, and one of the simplest takedown systems in its class.
One of the Mark IV's standout features is its one-button takedown system. Pressing the button at the rear of the frame allows the barrel and receiver assembly to tilt upward and separate from the grip frame without tools, making routine field-stripping and chamber-to-muzzle cleaning quick and straightforward.
The 22/45 Lite features a lightweight, ventilated aerospace-grade aluminum receiver surrounding a tensioned stainless-steel barrel. The 4.40-inch cold hammer-forged barrel provides precise rifling for excellent accuracy and long service life. Its 1/2x28 threaded muzzle includes a thread protector and accommodates compatible muzzle accessories.
The precision-molded polymer grip frame features a serrated frontstrap, checkered backstrap, and checkered 1911-style grip panels, providing familiar ergonomics and a secure hold.
Ruger's internal cylindrical bolt design maintains consistent sight-to-barrel alignment, while easy-to-grasp bolt ears and a contoured ejection port contribute to reliable operation. An adjustable rear sight is paired with a fixed front sight, and a factory-installed Picatinny rail provides a convenient mounting point for compatible optics.
Additional features include an ergonomic bolt stop, ambidextrous manual safety that can be converted to left-side-only operation, push-button magazine release, free-dropping magazines, and a magazine disconnect safety.
With an unloaded weight of approximately 25 ounces, a 10+1 capacity, and two 10-round magazines included, the Mark IV 22/45 Lite delivers a lightweight and highly configurable rimfire platform.
